Shipping Info

All boxes will be shipped on a set date which is specified on the product page of each release. Please check the product page for this information.

 

Orders are sent in a gift box, and then in a shipping box with recyclable packing peanuts, and in the warmer months with a gel chill pack.

The utmost care is taken when packaging and sending orders, and Demie cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your package once it has left my hands.

In case of extreme hot weather in shipping locations, I will contact you to discuss delaying your order, and any decision to ship despite high temperatures will be taken at the buyer's risk.
